REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Upstream Journey, we pride ourselves on selling products of the highest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
- Refund requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- All merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition.
- All products sold on sale are not eligible for return but may be exchanged, supply permitting.
- We reserve the right to require Proof of Purchase to validate a return.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return/exchange from date we receive.
- Refunds will take a minimum of 3 business days to process back to your card.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return product. Upstream Journey will not cover shipping, duties and/or taxes on international returns. .
